Mahi is born 29 jan 1979 in Dharamshala is place is located in Himalaya, is small town in shidhbari. He learnt yoga from his childhood from his family. He born in higher cast of Indian society in Brahmin spiritual family. He spent much time with monks at the Lord Shiva Temple in Aghanjar Mahadev, Khaniyara, there he learnt mediation with swamis and monks.
Teachers Certified With 500 hours.

Power Yoga self-practice = On inquiry basis
Pranayam & Meditation = 7:00 A.M. - 8:00 A.M.
Hatha Yoga (Shivananda) = 8:00 A.M. - 10:00 A.M. [ Iynger type yoga 5 days course ]
Ashatang Vinyasa Poweryoga = 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.
Flow Yoga Class = 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. [ Monday to Wednesday ]
Hatha Yoga (all level)= 4:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M.
Pranayam & Maditation = 6:00P.M. - 7:30 P.M.
(Time can be changed according to weather
